NAOTO MIZUSAWA

Raised in the great nature of Hokkaido since childhood, he switched from road to trail running in 2008. In 2008, he switched from road running to trail running, and has achieved numerous high rankings in short trails in Hokkaido, including second place in the Daisetsuzan Ultra Trail (25km)/2015 and first place in the Rusutsu Trail (15km)/2017. Based in Higashikawa Town near Mt. Taisetsuzan, he continues to hold trail clinics and other activities to spread the joy, fun, and wonder of running in nature.

幼少の頃から北海道の大自然の中で育ち、2008年にはロードからトレイルランニングに転向。

「大雪山ウルトラトレイル(25km)/2015」2位入賞を始め、「ルスツトレイル(15km)/2017」優勝など、北海道内のショートレースを中心に数々の上位入賞を果たす。

現在も大雪山に程近い東川町をベースに、自然の中で走る喜び、楽しさ、素晴らしさを伝えるためトレイルクリニックなどを開催し普及活動にも尽力している。

バックグラウンド

小学、中学は野球とクロスカントリースキーを始め、高校で陸上長距離、

社会人となりロードから2008年よりトレイルランニングに転向。
