KIYOSHI NISHIO
Born in Gojo City, Nara Prefecture, lives in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture, and works for a construction company. He has participated in Spartan Races since 2017 and has completed 32 races in Japan and abroad. In 2018, he participated in the Asian Championships held in Malaysia. In 2019, he will be certified as an official coach for the Spartan Race. 奈良県五條市出身、福島県いわき市在住 建設会社勤務 2017年よりスパルタンレースに出場し、現在迄国内外32レース完走。 2018年、マレーシアで開催されたアジアチャンピオンシップに出場。 2019年、スパルタンレースオフィシャルコーチ資格所得。 現在は建設会社に勤務しながらレーサー兼コーチ活動を行っている。

現在の活動内容
昨年より福島県内の山々でトレイルランニング練習会、いわき市内の公園でスパルタンレース練習会を開催しています。 今後は福島県のみならず東北地方の皆さまにスパルタンレースというレースを知って頂き、心も体も強くなれるようなトレーニングを提供し、興味を持ってもらえるような活動をして行きたいと思っています。
Current Activities
Since last year, we have been holding trail running training sessions in the mountains of Fukushima Prefecture and Spartan Race training sessions in a park in Iwaki City. In the future, we would like to promote the Spartan Race not only in Fukushima Prefecture, but also in the Tohoku region, and provide training that will make people stronger both mentally and physically, and to promote interest in the race.

私は27歳の時、野球の試合中に足首に大怪我を負い医者から「もう運動は出来ません」と言われました。 3度の手術、リハビリを根気よく頑張り、フィットネス（トレーニング、エアロビクス）を経てもっともっと強くなりたいという想いが強くスパルタンレースの世界に！ Re:(もういちど)と強い気持ちを持って頑張れば、出来ない事も出来るようになると自分を信じて！ NUKU の「想いを纏う」ウェアを着て、皆様に想いを伝えることが出来るように頑張ります。
A word as an Ambassador
When I was 27 years old, I suffered a serious ankle injury during a baseball game and was told by the doctor that I could no longer exercise. After three surgeries, persevering through rehabilitation, and fitness (training, aerobics), my desire to become even stronger led me to the world of Spartan racing! Re:(once more) and believe in yourself that you can do what you can't do if you work hard and with a strong heart! I will do my best to convey my thoughts to everyone by wearing NUKU's "Wear Your Thoughts" wear.
