KAISHI  and  AZUSA 

They met at a marathon planning and management company in Kanagawa Prefecture and married the following year in May 2017. Influenced by her husband's love of running, the couple started running together. In November 2021, they moved to Shimanto Town, Kochi Prefecture. He met many friends and his passion for running accelerated. He is now sharing his passion for running with his wife × running × countryside.

翌年2017年5月に結婚。

夫のランニング好きに影響を受け、

夫婦でランニングを開始。

更にランニングの楽しさを広げるため、

2021年11月に高知県四万十町に移住。

たくさんの仲間に出会いランニング熱が加速。

夫婦 × ランニング × 田舎で発信中。

現在の活動内容

YouTubeチャンネル、あべ夫婦 ランニングChを運営。夫婦で楽しくランニングをしている様子や、トレーニング、夫婦の成長の様子を動画で発信。

その他Instagramでは日々のランニングの様子を発信。

1人でも多くの人がランニングを通じてポジティブに、ランニングを楽しいと思ってもらえるよう、自分たち自身がランニングを楽しむことをモットーに取り組む。

Current Activities

They run a YouTube channel, Abe Couple Running Ch.

He and his wife enjoy running together, training, and videos of their growth as a couple.

In addition, he posts videos of his daily running activities on Instagram.

Their motto is to enjoy running themselves so that as many people as possible can enjoy running in a positive way.

バックグラウンド

快士さん

小学4年生から父親にダイエットを勧められ（半ば強制的に）ランニングを始める。

中高大と陸上部には所属せず、趣味として黙々とランニングを続ける。

新卒で入社したマラソン大会企画運営会社でウルトマラソンを知った事をきっかけに、同年に100kmウルトラを完走。

その後はフルマラソンやトレイルランニングも始め、

ランニングの沼にハマる。

Background of Kaishi

Started running in the 4th grade after being advised by his father to lose weight (half-way forced).

In middle school, high school, and university, he did not belong to any track and field clubs, but continued running silently as a hobby.

He joined a marathon planning and management company after graduating from junior high school and high school, where he learned about the Ultramarathon, which led him to complete the 100km Ultra race that same year. After that, he started running full marathons and trail running, and became addicted to running.

亜梓さん

学生時代はカヌーポロ競技に没頭し、海外遠征や世界選手権出場、日本女子代表監督も務める。走ること とは無縁だったが、3.11の震災を機に地方創生に興味をもちはじめ地元のマラソン大会企画運営会社へ転職。ランニングは嫌いだったが、2014名古屋ウィメンズで初フル完走。コロナ禍での運動不足解消のため、夫の勧めもありランニング再開。ランニング後のご飯を美味しく食べることや、健康維持のために走る。

Background of Azusa 

As a student, she immersed herself in canoe polo competitions, traveling abroad, participating in the World Championships, and serving as a coach for the Japanese women's national team. She had nothing to do with running, but after the March 11 disaster, she became interested in regional development and joined a local marathon planning and management company. Although she disliked running, she completed her first full marathon at the 2014 Nagoya Women's Marathon. She resumed running at the suggestion of her husband to relieve her lack of exercise after the Corona Disaster. She enjoys eating delicious meals after running and running to maintain her health.

僕の使命は「ランニングは辛いし苦しいだけ」と思われがちなイメージを払拭して、ランニングは気軽にできてもっと楽しいものと1人でも多くの人に知ってもらうことです！自分自身がランニングを通じて明るくポジティブな姿を見せ、周りの人に元気を与え、Re:projectに貢献していきたいと思います！

Thank you for appointing me as a Re:project ambassador!

My mission is to dispel the image of running as just hard and painful, and to let as many people as possible know that running is much more fun!

I hope to show myself cheerful and positive through running, inspire others, and contribute to Re:project!

亜梓さん

「もういちど、誰かとともに。誰かのために。」という想いに強く共感し、アンバサダーを務めさせていただくこととなりました。わたしはモノゴトを継続することがとっても苦手なタイプです。NUKU の「想いを纏う」ウェアを着て、今年はランニングやアウトドアフィールドでのイベント開催を頑張りたいと思います！

Re:(もういちど)の普及と難治性疼痛医療への応援につながるよう、できる限りの支援をしていきます。ひとりでも多くの方に、一歩を踏み出す勇気をもってもらいたい。

Once more, with someone else. For someone." I strongly sympathize with the idea of "once again, with someone, for someone. I am not very good at keeping things going, so I will try my best to run and hold events in the outdoor field this year wearing NUKU's "Wear your heart" clothes!

We will do all we can to help spread the word about Re:(once more) and support intractable pain medicine. We want as many people as possible to have the courage to take the first step.
